ELDRACHER disposes of the high precision machinery required for the core pins production. We produce them according to drawings and we deliver them totally finished.

We also provide two standard ranges of standard core pins to provide immediate service to our costumers.

We can also produce excentic figures.

The materials that we use are new generation steels for hot working.

We apply to our products the corresponding procedures of heat treatments, as well as several superficial coatings (Alcrona, Futura, DLC…).

Thanks to our quality control department equipped with high precision devices, we can guarantee the perfect quality of the pieces.

New generation steels for hot working

We can produce the core pins in different types of steel according to our costumers requirements.

Heat treatments

We can deliver pieces totally finished with the corresponding heat treatment or semitreated to 40-45 HRC so that the client can shape them easily.

Superficial coatings

We provide superficial coatings (PVD) which allows us to deliver the pieces with any type of bath, like: TIN, TiAln, Alcrona, etc

Quality control

Thanks to our quality control department equipped with high precision devices, we can guarantee the perfect quality of the pieces.

Production according to drawing. Totally finished.

We produce core pins totally finished customized from the more simple shapes to the most difficult ones, requiring for those last ones a 3D file.
